Users must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including actions that cause excessive load, degradation, or service disruption.

4. Financial and Market Abuse

The Platform must not be used to engage in market manipulation, insider trading, fraudulent schemes, or any activity intended to distort financial markets or deceive other participants.

Hizen AI does not tolerate misuse of its technology for unlawful or unethical financial behavior.

Hizen AI operates a zero-tolerance approach toward abuse. Any violation of this Abuse Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their actions, content, and activities comply with this Abuse Policy and all applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in consequences outlined herein.

9. Policy Updates

Hizen AI reserves the right to update or modify this Abuse Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
